Is it just me or is there a lot more remixes going around these days? Just wondering what everone feels about them. Personally I like most of them but I just wanted to know how you felt about them.

i would say it depends on the style you spin really, if the remix fits what you play and it's a song you enjoy, what could be wrong with it?

I think its fine really. If people wanna remix tunes and they have the right to do so then why the hell not. If ya dont like the tunes then thats your problem.
As for remixing into trance. I dont see a problem there either. weve been remixing trance tunes for the past 5-10 years or o so why shouldnt they do the same ???

Remixing to trance is cool because people out there hate hardcore "muppets" :p so they still get to hear our songs but just in a different style which they like (unless they dont like trance either)
Instead of making a comment I will portray my anger usin this pic of a watermelon. By doin this, I aim 2:
-Save time & effort writin down the many bad points of the abuv post
-Signify that watermelons r useful tools in the fight against banality.

Ain't nothin wrong with remixes, helps breathe life into tired old tunes and give them a new lease of life. Sometimes the remixes are better than the originals, i prefer the Scott Brown remix of bring me round to love, sounds edgier to me

Remixes are somewhat important for hardcore because the crowd loves to hear tunes they know, but they also want to hear new tunes... I remix covers both grounds...
but if you keep remixing and remixing and no new tunes come out then you got a problem...
