I keep seeing more DJs playing the 160 bpm stuff and tagging themselves as "Happy Hardcore" DJs. Is it just a fad? Big ups to the artists still producing the 170+ material.

Could it be a "Grass is always greener on the other side" thing?
Through out the years I've considered bringing the tempo down. I mean 25+ plus years listening to producing at 175 bpm gets stale, too.
....I try it out every now and then and then I am reminded of the power of 175.
lol!

I say the "grass is greener..." thing, cuz I've seen more than one "big name" try it out and then come back, too! lol!
