Can anyone help me... been looking for this song since hearing it on Touchdown FM back in the 90's and finally heard it on a pirate radio recording on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NAhRQcVXEQ&t=937s

It's the song that I _think_ says "party party party party party with me". For the longest time I thought it was "Barney the Bee" but party sounds much more likely.
