not reasonable and organisations do a 18 age limit because they have not reasponsable for the people inside if there is something with a ravers.

its just that eveybody say that people of 15 year are dumb ant cant doing things on there own. people of 15 must choose what for job the want to do must work and on. but they cant make fun or go to a rave. i think that make no sensen.
and if people may do everything on the age of 18 for the first time that they think that they can do everything without limit i think there will be more troubel.

dj tri, what part of the US are you in right now?
Im around baltimore so there isn't much of anything around here.
And yes, US laws suck. But if they were to instantly drop the age to 18 we'd prolly have a bunch of dead idiots because they couldn't handle the responsibility. Then people would cry and whine and they would jack the age of to 35 because that is how the government works.
Maybe if the integrated the change slowly it would work.

18+ is ok, its only ppl who arent 18 r complainin, 16+ is reasonable tho, but then there wud be no beer etc sold at it and ppl want beer etc at raves, 18+ is fine, i'm 18 soon anyways lol so dont bother me, cos i go clubbin every weekend anyway

Not sayin all 15 year olds act daft and i do remember wishing i could get into proper raves but if you started letting that age group into raves they'd be hell. Too many little neds getting pilled up fighting etc. Plus most of them would have shite taste in music wanting a few anthems on all the time. Thats what every under 18's hardcore event in Glasgow was like and although at the time it seemed alright when you get older you want a bigger variety of music, and the last thing you want is loadsa kids on e's going mad. Theres no way I or most ravers would attend any rave that would let in 15 year olds. Thankfully it'll never happen because no promoter is that stupid. There are some 16+ rave events that don't sell alcohol and i have no problem with them, but the music policy's are alwaays more limited than Over 18's raves.

america arnt going to change the laws on alcohol - and for that very reason.
and what you say is more than lightly true, many people wouldnt be able to handel the responsabilty - and thats all because of the way they've been brought up and the laws that they've been surrounded by.
which, is why i am never having kids here in the states lol

all im saying is people have the complete wrong idea about teenagers. i've been pulled by the coppers loads of times for f*ck all. i almost got took down the station (had i have not run) but cant really go into that.

this is what im talking about. im no different to any other 18 year old really, i act mature and i wouldnt be a twat at any clubs or nothing, im stressed that im at school because if i wasnt i'd have a job and a car but the fact that half the people my age still don't know what a pube looks like does my nut in. I could understand what youre saying when you say you dont want 15 year olds at parties but if age restrictions were lowered and some people were just a bit more social im sure you'd think differently. there are quite a lot of pricks around this age but i hang around with a load of 17/18 year olds and usually find myself talking to them cos my other mates just talk a load of lightweight drunken arse burp.

dont be such an arse, im just sick of all the immaturity of other people at my age. i wouldn't have had to sneak into that film if they let me in anyway. i wouldnt have to dodge the police so much if they let us drink.
