I never realised there was a big raving scene in aus. i'm going out there soon where are the best venues to go to?

there are some MEGA parties down in sydney like 8000ppls+ but every city has something

Yeah the scene in aus has always been consistant (at least in sydney). Even through the rough times we always have consistant parties, as of the past few years though it's kinda exploded again.
Hmmm, venues....are you asking for a weekly event? There used to be only 1 club that played hardcore and that was logic. Don't know what happened to it now though, i've been in hiatus mode for awhile. The way the scene is here we have seperate events going every weekend (just about) or a recurring ni-yearly/quarterly major event eg. utopia. So there's always something on, might want to go to www.overdrive.com.au to find out about some upcomming events here.
If you're asking for the best venue for a party, you really can't beat the Sydney Superdome for capacity and setup wise I guess. This is in Sydney Olympic Village, where the 2000 games were hosted.
There's also the Atrium (part of a university campus), people say it's run downed these days, but i've been to some great parties there.
They used to hold a whole bunch of raves down in liverpool in *gah, can't remember the name anymore and I only live 10 mins from the place*. In anycase it was basically a double basketball court with an ajoining room to a function centre.
Anyway i'm blabbling on here, but the point is there really isn't anyone venue that is the best. As events move this way and that all the time. What you're really looking for the is the production team that is behind the event. That is the guarentee of a good party, at least in my books.

yeah there aint to many kandi kid in syd nemore but i still am even though im almost 21........ the scene is good except for the too opinionating ppl (hate em)

Next month like febuary? If so Helter Skelter is going to be in the superdome, check out the events Aus forum.
