I use Live365.com for Intense.... its a pretty good service, and you can stream live too. all the info is on the site. Its also the cheapest legal way to do it too as licences cost a fortune!

but then you have to consider wot ur playin... if you dont have permission to use then BHAM. also the fees you have to pay sumtimes are massive.
