"Eiji Aonuma, Japanese designer and director of video games for Nintendo has hinted that Nintendo are preparing to show off a new Zelda game at E3 next week. During a live event on Famitsus Nico Nico Eiji Aonuma mentioned a new Zelda project that is related to the 25th anniversary of the series."

Wonder what it is? I can't imagine a collectors edition being revealed at E3.

nah i doubt they will. ppl would be extremely upset if they have to wait another yr for a new zelda game. perhaps a completely new one? i don't believe they would advertise a re-make or re-release as completely "new" game.

Agreed! I would be very pissed. Twilight Princess still came out on the Cube though? Or did they delay in to release alongside the Wii version, I can't remember now. Grabbed it on the Cube still personally.

delayed it so it could be released with the wii version but the wii version came out first and really wasn't a whole lot different than the cube version...

they said that the next zelda (skyward sword) would remake how we play Zelda. As it clearly doesnt seem like that (does removing dungeons really make it a new zelda?), maybe this game will do it?

actually the GC version was released 1-2 weeks before the Wii, in Sweden atleast. (I got both). Even tho the Wii version has better quality, the GC plays more like a real Zelda game (and it's correctly mirrored!)

I'm happy with Kinect announcements, means it wasn't a total bust to buy it.

Well alright if someone has kids then yes, it is a nice thing. But for hardcore gamers (which there are plenty of) it was not a good show.
