I found this amazing website and phone app, its called "Audio Galaxy". Basically lets you access all your music files on your main computer from a smartphone or another computer, with a nice gui. Its free and still in beta, but I have had no issues. To me the streaming over 3g on my iPhone sounds nice, sounds around 128kbs(give or take).
Only a few complaints I have are, there is a slight queue time after one song is done about half a second, which isnt that bad but still annoying, you must have the host computer on to use listen to the songs which is a given, it uses your computers internet when in use(which is also a giving) only reason why this is bad is if you computer shuts off or if you have a internet cap.
Even with those issues, you should check it out, as I know some of you dont like lugging your mp3 players and dont have the space for all your music. I really like this so far, as I said before it is free and in beta, and it is all legal.
Edit: Well for some reason the url is on a blacklist, oh boy..

I downloaded the DI radio app for all the stations on di.fm and also have the tunein radio app, which lets me play krafty radio and other online stations. i pretty much don't even need to load music on my phone.

Well Mr.Buzzkill, I guess this would be more for people who have large collection of music that doesnt get played on those radios.

it's an android phone. you have shitloads of android apps. tunein radio is one of the ones, i mentioned it in my post. Di radio is the other, which links to the online station from this site.

Many thanks! I've been looking for a good streaming app, and nothing has been coming up under searched tags "Shoutcast", so that helps a lot. It's great, I got DI and Krafty, just no background play. I have Lock play, so that's a plus.
