Edit: And related to the annoying drinking restriction hours - I had some experience of that myself in Thailand. I don't think this applies to the touristy areas, but I spent a month just chilling out in this relatively local area of Bangkok - didn't see a single westerner in a month - and you could not by booze before midday, and then between 5pm and 7pm there's booze lock-down again, and then unless you've purchased before midnight, you're fcuked. I could not believe it! My drinking usually marauds across a whole spectrum of different hours of the day - I can't live with this! That said, this was only in the supermarkets and 7/11's. Bars probably still served, but there weren't really any bars around this area.
This, in a country where you could have a threesome with a goat and a nine year old and no one's fussed. But what's this - fancy a pimps before midday? No chance!

what? Stockholm seems like a complete different country, cause we got alot of bars open most of the days down here.
THo, I do understand "dont sell drinks without food orders" for restaurants. It is and RESTAURANT after all.
And no, there should be loads of bars or clubs open in stockholm
