I feel really iritable, I missed breakfast+Lunch today.
So I thought I make up for it with dinner, with this http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/beef-recipes/1-steak-2-sauces

It was a recipe in the Jamie Olivers America, but I botched it, I didn't know what a "Swig" of rum was so, I put to much in, and the blended mixture had the appearance and texture of shit.
Don't get me wrong the Sweet potatoes Pie, Deep Fried Chicken, and Surf+turf gumbo tasted amazing, but call me un-pc but I cant help but think you have to look at least this gay to be properly good at cooking:

This is the book I swear by, its good even if you can't manage a modest Fairy-Wrist-Flap:

A swig is a small mouthful. I think the gay comment is unfair given the fact you made that simple mistake that using google could have solved, and especially when you got everything else right. I don't see the problem lol?

That is a female. I can't think of any chefs that look particulaly gay, or are actually gay. Are you gay and insecure about it? That's what i get from this post and another you have made in the past lol. I can't think of any other logical explanation for why you said what you did lol.

I can't either really...

But the C U Next Trove wednesdays (people who can cook really-really well in general) who can cook better wont have ****ed up that Recipe like me, wouldn't have eaten more than half of it before choking like I did, and throwing the last 1/3 in the bin. And they would of organised there day better, be more organised peopl in general, and remembered lunch, and Breakfast. And prob get 5-a-day, veg, all the right minerals nutrients, all that crap, aren't running on fumes and are problably getting laid to top it off.

Thats it when your running on fumes you cant think clearly.

I think to say you're being hard on yourself is a bit of an underestimation.

I'm just not sure how much I can trust American Culinary Influences.
I made the Cinnamon Orchatta, it tasted okay fresh on the day I made it, but the next day it tasted a bit like sand in milk.
The Food of you Yanks has always been a bit unpredictable at times, one minute I am eating a Culinary dream like Sweet Potatoe pie, the next minute a Apertiff nightmare like the Orchatta, unlike out good old sausages and mash, and our pies, and our Toad in the hole, and Earl grey teas. There is consistancy in our food.

:-P
