yes but technically the premises licence doesn't need to be in my name or have anything to do with me...
also temporary event notices which all these massive festivals like V and iTunes don't require one...

they dont require a Premises Licence but they do require a Tempory Event Notice which is the same thing but over a short period of time and the Licence Authority will add their condictions as if it was just like a Premises Licence... but a Personal Licence Holder would be reqiured if alcohol is to be sold...
I got my licence as most places in blackpool are having amendments to their premises licences that they cant sell booze without a personal licence holder on site... at my work we have 4... now ive got mine that makes 5...
also im wanting to hold my own event under a TEN and one day maybe own/run my own club...

as for V and the other big festivals that hold 1000s of people other things need to be put in place which will be discussed with the organizers and the licence authority... TENs only cover an event of upto 499 people but can be extended
