Ok, I am cerantly presented w/ a small situation, and i don't know what to do.
@ mt skool there is this hot lil 14 yr old girl who is absolutly in love w/ me (Or so i'v been told), but she's still a virgin, now is it right/ok to "steel" a 14 yr olds virginity, caus there's somthing that keeps telling me that it's vary wrong.

I'm 16, but age isn't the issue, the issue is me breaking her heart, caus i know that i'm not as fantastick as she thinks i am, and 14 yr olds are vary emotional

i dunno
i managed to avoid problems like that at 16 by being deliberatly (but inteligently) ignorant to the situation,
i dunno, whats the age of consent around ur way? cos its 16 ere, but i know birds who have lost it at 14-15, but i dunno
if her dad catches you heh *BOOM* thats the only thing id worry about
but if she consents, then, **** it

heehee, i say go for it, she has to get her heart broken eventually, you may as well be the one to do it. but then again this is coming from a girl that was breaking guy's hearts when she was 14..... heheh

dj-sk8: I *personally* think it's very wrong. I've got a little sister who's 10, and I swear to whatever god(s) there may be that if any little worm lays a hand on her when she's 14 I'll put my foot so far up his ass he'll be *tasting* the dogs*** on the bottom of my size-10 Colorado's.
The 'age of consent' is there for a reason - we all understand that children cannot possibly know that they're ready for sexual contact. The decision of whether to engage in sexual relations involves a sense of mature reasoning and thought. Whether someone attains this at 16, 17, 18 or whatever, we don't know (and it probably varies from person to person). Sure as hell though I don't think a 14yo is old enough.

The thing is, with evidentiary rules being the way they are in Common Law countries (eg Australia, UK, USA) the mens rea (guilty mind) component of criminal guilt means that saying the above convincingly enough will get you off the "sex with a minor" charge (assuming of course that the court decides that a reasonable person would, in your situation, believe the same thing).

well i did my girlfriend as her first time when she was 15, i was 17 at the time, but then again we'd been going out for about 9-10 months and we're in love. we've been together now for nearly 19 months, so that's a bit different from your situation.
i wouldn't say know, but i feel strongly about her really wanting it. don't just do it coz you can dude...
