Me and one of my mate's are planning a weekend trip to somewhere in Europe in late July.
We're thinking maybe Brussels or Bruges. Both really convenient in terms of the Eurostar/travelling time. Anyone been?
Anyone else got any other suggestions? Got no issue with flying to places, but two - three tops - hours flying time would be the limit.

I hear Finland is awesome every time of the year.
In july we have the annual wife carrying world championship.

Si Dog - I'm going to Bruges with Sexton at the end of October. Can you recommend a decent hotel mate? Not necessarily looking for value/cheapness - but a nice hotel.
