Ive been a fan of Scooter since 1996 ... and yes, they DO rock 
They've done a great mixture of both club trance and hardcore over the years and they've kept me happy fo no-end of time 
I particularly like their second album, conveniently named "Our Happy Hardcore"

Scooter keep it rocking year after year and only they could get people on TOTPs rocking to a happyhardcore sound, Don't reall go for the dress code though, guess them being continental some styles I just don't understand, Still top energy and bouncynessss!!!

Imo they´re were much better before, they haven´t done anything good for the last couple of years. Trying to go to commersial trance or watever it´s supposed to be was the dumbest thing they´re ever done. I mean, Ramp, Nessaja etc aren´t very good imo, but they do get out to a bigger audience with it, so that´s maybe why they´ve done it, to make more money!
