at the pub where i dj this manager took over and yesterday sacked all of the staff working there,bartenders,chef,dj's. not only that he gave us till last night to get all our belongings out of there before he threw them onto the street,a lovely pair of 1210's and about 500 old skool records included,100 of them being mine. we're supposed to have 28 days notice to get out and did we have 28 days? NO!
what annoyed me the most tho,after returning from a nearby town where the landlords got a house,we came back to get some more stuff and their own dj was setting up...wait for this tho...the guy was a freeloader and was using an mp3 mixer!!
think of all the stuff we can get him sent down for,inlawful dismissal,loss of earnings,loss of home,illegal entertainment,surely there'll be some more in there we can get him done for.
so,er,anyone else get bad luck yesterday?

Oh, and i say that you should seek legal advise about that pub and all - you shouldnt stand for that!!!

that's what we're doing,the guy's broken practically every rule in the book and he's just totally cold hearted,leaving all us guys out in the cold after we convert a pub from taking £60 a day to the £2k mark

My only bad luck was that I woke up 2 minutes before I had to be at the bus stop, which is a 5 minutes walk from my house.
I was lucky that I didn't get it as bad as you.

One of the shops where i work got robbed, wiv 2 guys in balaclavas with baseballs bats. got away wiv shitloads.

I ended up waiting from 5.30 till 9.00 for a train which never arrived!!! As a result of this I ended up being slightly late getting home to get changed before I headed back into Manchester.... I then got stood up by my date, and then found out that teh trains were still all screwed and that I couldn't get back to Manchester!!!! GRRRRRR!!!!!!

I always have amazingly good luck on Friday 13'ths. This one was no exception. I got a brand new pair of DC Phantom 2 snowboard boots for crazy cheap at a local store and my new snowboard arrived in the mail the same day! But then the 13th ended and my luck went downhill severly after that... bleh...

I had some bad luck....I was on a tour bus back from New York City back to Reading PA, and my bus caught on fire. Everyone got off safely, but we were stranded at a diner until 11:15. We didn't get home 'til 2 30, and we were supposed to get home at 10 at the latest.

only bad luck, well more funny thing that happened to me was that a dog folloed me all the way from the towncentre to my college (about a mile walk) then proceeded to enter my lesson with me (someone mustve left the door open) it came straight up to me, and i accidently said this is the dog that followed me up the road and i got in trouble for it for some reason.

i had pretty shit luck to start with on the train tobirmingham and the pizza and the bus.... cant be arsed to explain but friday night was a blinder, went to godskitchen and had a ****ing wicked night and went to sundissential and aftersential the next day so my friday was ok sorry about what happened to you mouse, sue the bastard! my dads a lawyer!

I'm Directing a play and out of a cast of 21 only 3 turned up to my rehearshal, still not as bad as that tosser in the pub, man, service industry sucks!! I know I worked in BK for three years, does that count as bad luck or stupidity?
