You're better off investing whatever money it costs to book that douchebag on things that matter at a rave like quality DJs, a quality venue, quality sound system, etc.

But regardless of the major boner you get from that wanker, I will help. No one here has a clue what it costs to book that twat for a 10hr gig, but you can ask CDJay on what his going rate is for an hr long set. He's booked the douche at some of his events for some ungodly reason. From there you can do the math on what a 10hr gig will cost, but I'm sure you can strike a deal with the cunt .
Honestly though I don't think it's a good idea just to have that bastard for all 10hrs . Even with his fix, 10 consecutive hrs is a long time for any MC to do. You won't get 100% of him for all 10hrs, and I don't know if he's able to dial it back and stretch it for all 10hrs. You should perhaps book a couple of other MCs just to be on the safe side.
