Sup Guys, I am a high school student here the The U.S. The School i go to does not have a very good reputation, but i think today it crossed the line... Some students have been complaining for some time now that the juice and milk they serve smelled and tasted strange, yesterday, a friend of a friend found MOLD INSIDE THE JUICE CARTON!!! I contacted the NBC News group here too see if they can do something about it.

I don't know what NBC can do. What do they know about health and safety? You need to contact someone to do with health and safety. Some kind of external auditor.

You should be reporting this to the local health department and school board ... School lunch programs in the US are atrocious, but it could be an issue with a supplier they need to resolve quickly.
