I think its a very good example of good happy hardcore, sure theres some tunes that make you wonder Is this supposed to be music! but they also contain tunes that are top quality, for example the tunes from:
DJ Paul Elstak, Fiction Factory, Critical Mass, Cherrish, Pulp Shock, Q-Tex, Party Animals, 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor, 4 Tune Fairytales...
Just to name few.
