just thought that it could be good for a laugh to see hat crazy shit has been said at various places round the world...
mine would have to be by an MC at a rave down in adeliade to a Mr S set at 4am,
"it is time to reset ya heads and kick start your morning Mr S style!!!"
or at a rave up here in bris

me and manic were listening to a 6-song live set by dj hixxy and there was one mc energy on the mic who had no idea, and in every single breakdown said "hixxy on the wheels of steel".
EVERY damn breakdown. i wanted to wring his neck from the other side of the world.

It's not really a line from a rhyme but one of my favourite MC moments has to be from Fantasy Island NYE 96/97.
On Scorpio's set when all the tunes were skipping like mad, Sharkey came out with... 'I must apologise for the DJ's crap mixing cos' he's a bit old and he can't hear properly!'

hums.......I HATE SHARKEY WITH A PASSION, LIKE I HATE NO OTHER MC EVER ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as a dj he ok but :P...there said it, reason being i had been dieing to hear scott brown for nearly 18 months, his set was totally F**KED by Sharkey MCing or rather talking total S**T over the top off all rises and 1/2 way through the rest of it. It got to the point where there were multiple people were yelling out "SHUT THE F**K UP!!!!"....
i am a BIG fan of lees quantity higher Quility in MCing :)

If you don't like Sharkey fair enough,but I think you should check out some
of his older mc sets.I think Sharkey was one of the best mcs in the scene.
Fink he's funny as fcuk as well,and he was and still is very original.
RIP Mc Sharkey 
Still has a quick 5 or 10 minutes on the mic,but never full sets anymore.

ok, will make effort to find old sharkey, but yeah i would take a guess that on the night in question he had more then his fill of various things and was well to use his own words "...(was) bullerred, bolloxed and mullered all in one" and i am sorry but i go along pay good $$$ and i expect the DJ and MC's to be professional to some degree, or at least have some self control...but yeah i will take your advice and go asking round for some old skool sharkey MC sets.
Sorry if i caused offence but as i said it totally destroyed what would have otherwise been a brilliant set from scott brown, but i am willing to admit that he may have just been having an off night but yeah still no excuse.....
anyways back to uni work 1 EXAM TO GO!!!!!

I would agree that some MC's talk all the way through the breakdowns and the climax, and it make the set sound dodge.
I don't like Radiohead :/

hmm, is this in the brisbane set???
in sydney the records kept jumping during his dj set.... i was at the back of the venue but it seemed like someone was bumping the decks or throwing stuff.... i remember once when it skipped and jumped off i saw sharkey stop and yell quite agressively at someone in the crowd.... AND i remember people yelling shit at him....
