when i'm making dance music, especially hardcore, i make music that I'D like to dance to, and that's really the most important requirement: can you dance to it, does it make you bob your head, do you just want the song to go on and on forever without ending? if you say yes to all these questions, your hardcore track has all the ingredients it needs.
if you're still not sure, that means you need more education... in the form of listening to some more hardcore. and not just any hardcore, listen to mixes by the masters and the greats. and don't just listen, PAY ATTENTION. and when you're done to immitate, innovate. stand on the shoulders of the people who came before you and take it to the NEXT level.

all i gota say for tips is u have 2 be motivated to make a good tune... or inspired to make a song thats all it takes for me.

Make music you like, dont let others influence what you want to do. Make it music you want to listen to, dance to and do what ever to.

Try your hardest not to be make crap.
Spend a long time on something untill it sounds right......don't just be quick and have it finished in a day.....Also I find that if you leave a tune for a while say a week, and then come back to it with some fresh ideas, you can often always improve upon it.

You guys are absolutely right, and i cant wait to start, but havent got the time atm. But yeah cant wait. Ryg0r i especially like ur PAY ATTENTION pun, i dont knwo if anyone else got it. hehe

But I can't claim all the credit for it. I ripped most of it off a reason site, and it was talking about house. Dirty House music.
