I usually liquid or do a move I like to call the "butterfly" which involves twisting your hands round. But I dont half like to jump up and down like a loony from time to time. I tend not to use glo sticks anymore cos I use LEDs now.

everyone is using LED's now.... what about all the poor little glowsticks... they just once want to be broken, and light up the night in an abandoned warehouse. paint the sky with glowsticks people....
seriously though, LED's are much more cost efficient, and brighter in the long run.

I have evolved a style based on the lost art of vogueing, which I ripped off that madonna video, combined with the leg movements of the can can, difficalt and frequently painfull this is a dance not to be atempted by novices. luckily this dance is suitable for all high energy music styles but sadly it can be dangerous to those in close proximity.
I can officially state I am the second best dancer in the world... after strychnine..

 stand on the floor with glo sticks in each hand, flashing lights round my neck, a big smile....then just let the music take over!!! can dance non-stop for hours!!! ...always wear a smile Jump around wavin glo sticks an blowin a whistle or horn......best hours of my life spent doing that!!
