How do you Include things in your post like images, clip art and of stuff? I tried 2 but I don't no how, am I just bein thick?

Firstly, you can only put an image in your post if it's being hosted on a server, ie you can't just upload it from your hard-drive.
Now, if the image you want is available online, then all you gotta do is put the image URL in your post where you want it to appear, with bracketed "img" and "/img" at either end of the address.
Alternatively, click the button that looks like this:  , and then type or paste the image URL between the two boxes that appear in your message. This way you don't have to type the bracketed boxes yourself.
