Im goin to a rave later tonight. AT MY SCHOOL. HAHAHA this is awesome. How many of you can say you have raved at your school? Basically my school is all ravers and we were always complaining about the dances and how much rap (the typical music played at the dances) sucked. So the school just said fine we will have a rave. Posters all over the school read "RAVE ON CAMPUS! BRING A FRIEND AND PARTY WITH US! HAHAHA.
I used to be a raver, used to take lots of E. Now I just smoke weed, and you know I will Succeed. :)

WICKED i wish that happened at my high school
but at my boarding skool it was like that everyday 20+ out of 40 were into hardcore and after 3.30-about 10pm it was plast the hardcore out the sound system time,
anyway have a WICKED time ....(lucky sod)
hardcore uproar!!!

i've been to several events that were scheduled at purdue. i played in my dorm's cafeteria for one of them =P
purdue has it's own techno "club." they'll have meetings on teaching people how to mix, discuss various forms of music, & listen to people spin at most of them.

At my old high school we had the same thing. The first one I went to, someone just burnt a whole bunch of trainwrecked trance mixes onto cds, then the next one they had only jungle djs there (since my high school was ghetto while I was there). They sucked, but at least I was with a "biddy" each time I went.

We have all sorts of parties going on at our school. (unniversity though)
Luckily we never get any rap or RnB.
We mostly get techno, trance, hip hop, and D&B
Unfortunatly though... no hardcore

Rave at school? Wow, is this a high school? You must be in a much more open-minded area then where I live. Texas sucks, everyone is a conservative ******* here.

Well I'm currently studying at Macquarie University in Sydney, home of the Atrium which in turn has hosted United, Back2Basics, Love Nation 2000-2001 ... but unfortunately my high school was a Catholic school, and I don't think the Church condones raves.

im at plymouth university and we have lots of events goin on round here, including at the student union, im a member of the student union dj society and we host a night every monday in "bar cuba" and we spin loads a different styles, even hardcore :)
the dj society puts on an event called "Munki Dance" but we only spin dnb and trance.......ive blagged for them to let me play hardcore but im only allowed to play trance......
Plymouth is a massive drum n bass town, so that goes down well here, but im gonna get the hardcore vibe out to the masses!!!
But we do get a fair few dnb raves here, couple of weeks ago in the student union we had J Majik, ray keith etc etc

Ahhh school parties... I started DJing when I was in high school and I was the school DJ at all the parties... haha... Book me to play your party :)
