Ok, what I do, is a assign a pattern for just about everything. EG pattern1 for the bassdrum, which (on the sequencer) will be simply 4 hits every 4 steps.
I use this technique to make patterns for my basslines, melodies, etc, etc.
Now what I do, is I use my Playlist. Then I "paint" the patterns and thus sequence a song.
I also only use samples like a drum kit, eg, bassdrum, hihats, ride, crash. And some for FX, like heaps of sweepies, vocals (but of course  )

hey im the biggest dj around in africa and i dont even have friut loops and all i use is my drums and my dic kto make some ssex noises u should try it one day its reall good

On a more seriouse note: How do you exzackly paste the patterns into the playlist? I just got this program last week and this is my forst real go at it.

Ok you don't paste them. You open up the playlist editor, then you draw. Thats the best way I can describe it.
