Ok, I don't know who out there does or doesn't get this show but everyone knows about it.
So the questions are:
1. Whats the most outrageous thing you've ever seen on this show?
2.Whats the most outrageous show topic you can come up with?
Here are my answers:
1. A girl that had been going out with and living with this "man" for a year. They had had sex many times, but the whole thing was that this "man" was really a woman and she didn't know the whole time. dumb people
2. The best thing I can come up with for this would be "Street Trash Love Affairs." I think that would at least make for a messed up show.

I think it may have already been done. Don't know about the pregnancy bit, but brother/sister incest, I think I've seen it on the show.
