Slipmatt was the @godfather@ of hardcore , but for all round commitment and for follwing it thru and stickign with the scene u cant beat scott brown i mean u count the numbe rof quality tunes from each artist and no one comes near him

Well, we all know I'm the mac-daddy but personally I see Scotty B as an uncle, not just a daddy.
The Scotchman had some mad releases on Babyboom - what I see as an introduction of a kickdrum.
Ham had some wicked early breakbeatty stuff.

scott brown is my fave HHC DJ, coz of the massive number of class tunes hes made in comparrison to not so good. You listen to one of his mix's and its just wkd tune after tune, thats what i love. Plus hes still making that really good shit now. I recon hes the "happy" hardcore God.

I have one complain about Scott Brown and that is this...when he plays out he
should play more of a variety of tunes because its mostly the same stuff over and over.The tunes are always good,but perhaps need to be varied a little.
Scott Browns a wicked Dj.
