ok...awhile back there was a rave in sydney that was held @ a go cart track (cant remember what it was, godspeed, area 51 or a hyperspeed maybe?). anyway i didnt go, but here in Canberra coming up, there is the potential to have one of the big names of hardcore down, and well we wanna make this party RAWK!
so were thinking warehouse rave (there is shit all warehouses to choose from in cbr) one potential venue being a go cart track.
so basically i want to know from those who went, how they liked the venue, how it was setup, do crappy warehouses **** with the sound, kill bass, sharpen highs etc (there will prolly be a fair bit spent on oh so large speakers - so sound prolly isnt really the biggest issue) was there a chillout room with couches etc etc.
anyway if you can help, id be rather chuffed to score some ideas

Theres been 2: Eckythump and Hyperspeed.
I went to Hyperspeed.
It wasnt a veryy big event, approx 600-800 people. A tent was used, but it was away from the go karts. (Yes the go-karts were running that night).
IMO it was pretty good.
