Promo's are rare and you wont get them until you in a position that by giving you a promo it will increase sales for the label for that tune.

Nu-energy sell some of their promos to the public on their site , and some other labels probably do too, but I'm only talking white labels, If you want dubplates, you will probably have to wait until you are a top DJ.
I hear CDRs are becoming the favoured format for promos, since those cdj1000s came out, It's certainly a cheaper option for those who produce their material in a small studio at home, but I'd rather have Vinyl anyday.
