Right ive recently got a cd deck and ive ripped a few of my vinyl on to cd to practise which i assume is ok as i have paid for the tunes.
Now im wondering what happens if i decide to go sell the vinyls and i still have the tunes on cd. Would i then if i use then be doing so illegally or would it be ok as i did purchase the tunes to start with ???

I know this about cd's. Those you can just purchase and give away. If you lend them to someone, it's illegal. You can copy them for own use, but you can't lend those out or sell them eather. You also do not have permission to re-sell them if you don't want them any more, cuz you don't pay taxes on it.
So if you sell your vinyl, you don't pay taxes aswel AND you keep music that isn't yours.
But then again, who cares?

Exactly! Anything is legal, unless you get caught.

Who cares!? every freaking producer and label does... You will KILL hardcore cold if you buy vinyl rips on CD.... it's ****ing illegal, lame, cheap and your the scum of the earth, you are NOT a DJ if you buy vinyl rips let alone a person that likes hardcore and I would kick the shit out of you if I found you doing it.
If you buy the vinyl (supporting hardcore and the artist) and record it onto CD for your personal use only then that is fine.

In finland: even though you have the original in vinyl, you have to pay royalties when you record it to CD... But i think you have to use common sence even though if law doesnt support it, if you sell the vinyl you sell the CD-R...

Its not something your CAN'T do......its very frowned upon aswell as illegal and its just wrong its like saying your a dj when you have cdjs and just go download full rips off the internet and mix with them...but thats my opinion I think if you wanna be a dj and like the music support it for **** sake.

With me, the dilemma is:
I live in a country that presumes that happy hardcore is dead. I don't have the money to go buy a lot of cd's in offshore shop.
=> No HHC for me.
Are you going to deny me hardcore?
Well?
Are you going to be the one that makes my life unfullfilled?
Or are you going to let me stream mp3's of the web that can never have the same quality as they have on cd? Cuz basicly, that's what you guyz also let us do with the radio, no?
Think about this for a sec., will ya?

^^ www.play.com has some cd's, with no postal costs...
On this mp3 thing its all about how strong your moral is...
Doing the right thing is always the hardest way,
but in the end it feels much better when you did the right thing.
And the value of the music is much higher when you have done
something to get it. You respect the music much more.

all i was asking is wether or not it was legal to keep the cds if i sell the records.

Right lots of points to cover here:
If you buy vinyl and record it to CD for your own person that is fine. If you sell the vinyl and dont destroy the CD's or sell the CD's with the vinyl you are pirating music, it is illegal.
Knightmare: It is not the artists or labels fault you live in the country you live in and that country happens to not like HappyHardcore music. Either get a job and pay for the hardcore or move to another country that has more of a hardcore scene. I would rather see a person denied of hardcore music than an artist denied of money for the work they do for the hardcore scene and every other person actually buying the hardcore out there. There are no excuses to pirate music.
As for the radio, we are completely legal, we pay all licencing fees to the RIAA, every artist gets paid for tracks played on the station. We are NOT licenced for people to record the station, and if you are recording it you are pirating music, recording our station is EXACTLY the same as downloading files on a P2P program and will get you into the same trouble if you are caught.
