I`m a HaPpY HaRdCoRe maniac from germany. So i don` have the direct informations out of first hand whatz happening in the scene. So i hope someone could bring light into the darkness for me on some questions.
So here we go !!!
1.When was the day of death of the unforgettable legendary MC RUFF?
2. What was the cause of his tragically death?
3.Are theese MCs and DJs still active. Maybe they quit teh scene.What are they doing today?

Some time in 97 not sure exactly.

Heart attack.

Still does stuff but from what I have seen it is trance stuff.
DF FORCE
DJ Force? Works with the label All around the world I believe.
MC KNIGHT
No idea.
DJ VINYLGROOVER
Stopped hardcore is now a hard house / trance Nulculez DJ also run Red Records.
RED ALERT
No idea.
MIKE SLAMMER
Runs Slammin Vinyl still in hardcore I don't think he producers anymore.

I have heard from Chris (Frolic) that it is indeed Styles. But the only way I'd make sure is to look on a Force & Evolution release and see who the songs were written and produced by.

"Force & The Evolution" were 4 guys, one of them was Styles. They left the other two when they left Kniteforce, and started working with Slipmatt at Universal as "A Sense of Summer".. Then they set up UK Dance as "Force & Styles"

Was MC Ruff`s heart attack because of drugs ?.
I think he died around summer 1998. One of the last events with him was HARFCORE HEAVEN in april 1998.

I read somewhere (the Kniteforce website, maybe?) that Evolution = Styles. Oh well, you learn something new everyday I guess.
