I miss my youth to <Sigh> Sonic the hedgehog 2, Resident Evil 2, Old Playstation Demos,.
The new F-Zero by Sega does look amazing,
not as good as mario kart GQ! :P

F-Zero does look amazing...but if you can't wait for that...then I suggest a purchase of Burnout 2 would be wise  .

Maybe I'm the first person to bring this up (unsure of it, actually) but does anyone remember an FPS called Rise of the Triad? It was a sequel to wolfenstein originally but evolved so much and changed so much that it became its own game... it was another one of those nazi-killing-spree dealies... and was probably the most fun game I've ever played in my life (shrooms and dog powerups? Hell yeah!)
Just wondering if anyone else shares fond memories of H.A.R.M. and kicking nazi butt and maybe even the "I'm freeeeeeeeee!" error message?

That game is ok, gets boring after a while, Best RPG is *Suikoden* anyone played it? Im thinking of getting a GQ, but nothing will beat the PS2.

Another quick thing I'm bringing in since you mentioned consoles... anyone heard of the new PSP by sony? PlayStation Portable - it'll be what the PS1 was supposed to be and be a fully-portable GBA style console (except with a flip-up 4.5 inch lcd screen.) It'll support all ps1 games.

Ahh. Rise of the Triad...nice game :)
All those old classics - first the wonderful platformers on the Megadrive (Sonic 3 Plugged into the Sonic & Knuckles cartridge...awesome!) and SNES...then onto Wolfenstein 3D, DooM (of course...who could forget DooM!), the incredibly gory Duke Nukem 3D, The unforgettable Quake (my first online game, once I'd upgraded to 16 megabytes of memory so that I could play it in windows ;))
I love FPS games, I've basically grown up on them. I'm also quite a fan of Role-playing games, the occasional simulation (Operation Flashpoint - wow!), and one or two strategy games (Total Annihilation! Wheeee!)
I find that listening to hard trance/hardcore often seems to help get me in the *mood* in FPS style games...in fact, in CS I'd turn the music up so much that I couldn't even hear the sounds, and would do much better regardless! Remember Unreal Tournament's amazing music?

ye i like playing games like SOF while listenin to hardcore n happy hardcore ,jus gives it an extra effect sumhow

and of course FPS.
ROTT as it is called on my hard-drive is a good game though imo.

I listen to hardcore when ever i paly games, and when i am doing any kind of work, it eases the tension. I love it while playing any FPS. Espically TFC or UT.

Yes The Pogo stick WAS amazing, especially for such an old game .
If it makes a return.......oooohhhh I'd love that .
