I Hope they ban all legal highs
Then hopefully we can have a debate on less harmful substances than these legal highs and hopefully regulate tobaccos and alcohol products and hopefully bring a amsterdam style system here in our towns and cities. And make hemp are resource

Unless I read that wrong, you're saying that tobaccos and alcohol should be banned?
Both are considerably worse, especially tobacco cigarettes, then marijuana.

Because with every drug you take, you take the risk of having a serious, a lot of time lethal, reaction to it.
