I think if you are the uploader, and/or you have an account with them, you will be able to see Image Shack hosted pictures. But if you're not, you can't. Image Shack changed their policy relatively recently (few months ago I think), which prevented non Image Shack people from seeing their hosted pictures on forums and sites and stuff. They basically made millions of pictures un-viewable across the web - big cock-up.
So some people will be able to see that, but I'm guessing the majority won't. I could be totally wrong - it's not unheard of lol - but I think I've got that right. :-)
