My white UFOs suck for that reason. At first I was like 'Oh man everyone can see my underwear' but now I just make sure I'm wearing black boxers and deal with it. And yeah that sucks about your friend, people who cheat from either gender deserve to rot, breaking someone's trust is the worst thing you can do to a person IMO. Sometimes I really wonder if there shouldn't be an actual punishable crime against it but it'd probably cause more problems than it would solve.

Do it with one person present who is sober. Designated trip-sitter. Like you say, it's hard to let go with all that chaos around. But in a chilled environment, you're gonna trip hard. You need someone there if things go sour. Agree on some safe words before hand. So if your sitter sees you're in a bad place, he can repeat "LadyBoys, LadBoys, LadyBoys" and you will eventually hear it, and it will click in your mind that that was the safe word, and that gives you a tiny bit of reality to cling on to, and gradually pull yourself out.
